Félix Cabrera

Félix Cabrera serves as the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Central and the Director of RED 1:8 Church Planting Network in Oklahoma City, OK. Pastor Félix was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Puerto Rico. From 2000 to 2005, he worked as General Manager of several teams in the Puerto Rico Superior Basketball League and the National Team U19 & U21. In 2005, Pastor Félix was called into the ministry as a youth pastor at Iglesia de Cristo Renacer. From there he went on to receive a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling at Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Church Planting at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Denisse have two daughters, Andrea, and Adriana.

José Abella

José Abella serves as lead pastor of Providence Road Church, a five year-old church plant in Miami, Florida that was birthed out of a desire to see gospel-centered churches planted in a city known for its glamour, poverty and ethnic and cultural diversity. To this end, Providence Road Church engages the city in both English and Spanish and across all socio-economic and cultural divides. Fully bilingual, José has the privilege of preaching regularly in both languages and is passionate about building indigenous leaders that understand their context and gospel mission in the city. Prior to Providence Road Church, José served in different ministry capacities in Miami and in North Carolina. José attended Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary for his undergraduate studies and is currently pursuing a graduate degree. Jose is a proud husband to Nira and father to six children, Emily(18), Joseph(17), Victoria(14), Daniella(12), Benjamin(9) and Karis(7).

Raudel Hernández

Raudel Hernández serves as one of the eight Directional Elders at The Summit Church, and Pastor to the Spanish Congregation there. He was born and raised in Cuba, and did Missions and Church Planting in Peru for nearly 4 years. Also lived in Miami, FL 6 years, and now resides in North Carolina since 1998. Attended Miami Dade Community College, Duke University for Network Engineering (IT field was his "tent building" while Church Planting), and is an ongoing Theology student, and an apprentice of Jesus for life. Husband of a Proverbs 31 woman. Father of 3 boys to love and disciple.

Julio Crespo

Julio Crespo has served pastor of Iglesia Bautista Buenas Nuevas and Glorious Grace Ministry in Lilburn, Georgia for six years.  The church was planted to serve first, second and third generation Hispanics, but recently God has used the church to reach both English and Spanish speakers in the North Atlanta area.  He grew up in Aguada, Puerto Rico and in 1992 joined the Air Force where he still serves as a Reserve Chaplain in Maxwell AFB, Alabama.  He completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering in the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and holds a M.Div. emphasis Great Commission from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He is joyfully married to Jamilie and father to four children: Jaziel, Ezequiel, Immanuel, and Odeily.
